Is the consultation free?
Yes. Consultations and plan comparisons are provided without a separate client consultation fee. Advisors are compensated by the carrier when a client enrolls, and that compensation is already built into the plan’s filed rate.
Does support end after enrollment?
No. The same advisor stays available for questions, ID cards, claim issues, plan changes and renewals — you are not handed off to a service line.
